Why we built this. Why you deserve more.

For years, people owed money by banks, lenders, insurers and energy suppliers have been told they need someone else to claim it for them. On financial claims, a claims firm can take up to 30% plus VAT of the compensation, for a complaint the consumer had every right to make themselves, free.

We think that is the wrong way round. The money is yours. The right to complain is yours. The rules that protect you are public. What most people lacked was the time, the know how and the evidence to put it together.

So we built the tools and handed them to you, free. Your passport checks your products against the rules, gathers the evidence, and writes your complaint for you to send in your own name. If you do it yourself, you keep every penny.

Some claims are not simple. If your claim is complex, you may want advice from a claims solicitor. Regulated claims firms and solicitors across the UK hold seats on the platform, and you can choose one from inside your passport, or none. Every one works on a no win, no fee basis: if your claim does not succeed you pay the firm nothing; if it succeeds, the firm may take a share, capped by the FCA on financial claims. Firms pay Wolf a fixed fee for the platform and their area. Wolf takes no fee from you, from your claim, or for passing on your claim, and does not choose, rank or recommend a firm.

Every claim in your passport is tested under the Claim Passport Certificate Standard, CPCS/2026.11, first established in November 2025 and developed by Wolf AI Labs, which runs its certificate register. Your evidence, assessment and history come together in one certified record that travels with you.

Certified

Six gates test the record behind your claim. When it passes, it is certified with a dated reference and an evidence completeness score.

Verifiable

Every certificate is digitally signed. You check it online with your surname; lenders and firms check it through the Wolf verification API, with the reference and surname you give them.

Portable

Send your claim to a firm on the platform with its certificate attached, or download your claim passport and take it to any firm you choose. It opens without Wolf software.

Is it really free?

Yes. Opening and using your passport costs nothing, at every step, and nothing is taken from any money you recover. 100% of any payout is yours.

How is it paid for?

Your passport is free, and always will be. Wolf provides the infrastructure only. You always decide.

Regulated claims firms and solicitors pay Wolf for one thing: the build and upkeep of the infrastructure, and a seat in the postcode areas (catchments) they choose to cover. That is how the platform is funded.

If you ever want a firm, you see every firm holding a seat in your area, in a random order, and you pick one, or none. Every one works on a no win, no fee basis. Wolf does not choose, rank or recommend.

Wolf never receives a fee, commission or referral payment for you, your claim, the firm you choose or the outcome, and takes nothing from any money you recover. No funding comes from the companies you complain about.

If a switch tab ever shows a link marked Affiliate link and you choose to use it, that provider may pay Wolf. It never affects your claim, and you never have to use it.

Do I need a claims firm?

No. You can complain to a provider yourself, free, and take it to the ombudsman yourself, free. Your passport builds the evidenced complaint for you to send in your own name.

What if my claim stalls?

You can raise your hand inside your passport, choose a regulated firm in your area and send it your claim in one click, with your consent. Every firm on the platform works on a no win, no fee basis: if your claim does not succeed, you pay the firm nothing. If it succeeds, the firm may take a share, capped by the FCA on financial claims. Are the firms no win, no fee?

Yes. Every firm you can choose from your passport has confirmed it takes claims sent through the platform on a no win, no fee basis. A firm that stops offering it is removed from view. You never have to use a firm: doing it yourself is free and you keep 100%.

What is my claim certificate?

Every claim in your passport is tested against six gates of the Claim Passport Certificate Standard, CPCS/2026.11, first established in November 2025 and developed by Wolf AI Labs. When it passes, it is certified with a unique, dated, digitally signed reference, an evidence completeness score and its identified value, held in your passport. Any change to your record produces a new signed issue.

You control who receives it. Give the reference and your surname to a firm, a lender or an ombudsman and they can check it is genuine at claimpassports.com/certificate or through the Wolf verification API. You can also download your claim passport, with the certificate and every document, and take it to any firm you choose.

It certifies your record; it is not a promise of any payout. It does not establish that anything is owed, does not bind any other organisation and is not issued or approved by any regulator.

What can I do as soon as I sign up?

Your passport opens straight away. You can use the calculator, see the claim hotspots in your own area and start your first claim. The full claim engine, which assesses your claims and builds your complaints, unlocks when you add your free statutory credit report in your own name. This keeps the passport for people checking their own claims.

Is my data safe?

Documents are encrypted when stored. Wolf AI Labs is Cyber Essentials certified and registered with the ICO (ZC177753). Nothing is shared without your choice.
